Nicholas Gelwix

​

His experience includes M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory assignments across a range of sectors and geographies.  He spent five years in Lehman Brothers’ New York office before returning to Argentina in 2014. Nick received a Bachelor of Commerce, a LLB with Honours, and a Diploma of Modern Languages from the University of Melbourne.

Larry Bordignon

Larry was with Lehman Brothers where he focused on a variety of M&A and corporate finance transactions. Larry works primarily with industrial oriented clients and his background includes working in the commercial aerospace industry. Larry received an Honors B.S. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Rodrigo Bosco

Mr. Bosco joined Barclays Investment Bank in 2014 as a Managing Director in the Firm’s São Paulo office.  Prior to joining Barclays, Rodrigo was a Managing Director at ING Belgique SA, where he acted in many capacities, including Head of Financial Institutions and Consumer/Retail in Brazil.  Rodrigo also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Monte Cristalina, a holding company that controls Hypermarcas SA, a Sao Paulo-based consumer goods company.

Carlo Mello

Mr. Mello joined ING Belgique SA in 2014. Previously he was in the Restructuring Group at Lazard in Milan. In his career, he has represented clients in over 9 closed transactions in Europe and the U.S., in a wide range of corporate finance activities including M&A, out-of-court and in-court restructuring, rehabilitations and debt and equity financings. Carlo holds a M.Sc in Finance (CLEFIN) and a BA in International Economics and Management (DIEM) from Bocconi University.

Daniel Randolph

Mr. Sznifer joined Lehman Brothers in 2014 from eBricks Digital, Grupo RBS’ investment arm. Prior to eBricks Digital, Isaias worked at Goldman Sachs between 2007 and 2014, where he covered clients and executed transactions mainly on the financial institutions, real estate and technology sectors, in New York and in São Paulo. He has also worked as a consultant at A.T. Kearney and Boston Consulting Group in Brazil, participating on strategic projects for clients in financial services and other sectors for over 5 years.
